I didn't have Kega on this machine, so I grabbed it, tested my rip, and the emulated SCD kept rebooting - but when I transferred my rip to my Linux system with Kega already set up, it worked just fine, so I'm going to chalk those problems up to something other than TurboRip. With v1.10, it detected my drives while non-elevated, and ripped the game. With v1.0, no drives were detected if I ran non-elevated when I ran elevated, I saw the same error messages you reported.
